# Export Functions

> CSV exports with filtering

# Export Functions

Export your data to CSV for accounting, backups, or analysis in a spreadsheet — filtered by tags so you only export exactly what you need.

  Exports are available for **Customers**, **Subscriptions**, **Products**, **Invoices**, and **Orders**.

## Exporting Data

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Bulk Actions">
    Navigate to **Bulk Actions** in your dashboard.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Export">
    Select **Export** as the action type, then pick which entity you want to export (Customers, Subscriptions, Products, Invoices, or Orders).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Export as CSV">
    Select the **Export as CSV** option.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by tags (optional)">
    Select one or more tags to only export items with those tags. Leave empty to export everything.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download">
    Confirm the export — your browser downloads a CSV file named `{entity}_export_{date}.csv`.

## What's Included Per Entity

| Entity | Columns |

| **Customers** | ID, Name, Email, Phone, Company, Language, Tax Exempt, Created, Tags |
| **Subscriptions** | ID, Name, Customer, Product, Amount (EUR), Interval, Status, Next Billing, Tags |
| **Products** | ID, Name, SKU, Price (EUR), Tax Rate (%), Type, Status, Stock, Tags |
| **Invoices** | Invoice details including status and amounts |
| **Orders** | Order details including status and amounts |

  Exports are scoped to your account only — you can never export another business's data.

## FAQ

  <Accordion title="Can I export to PDF instead of CSV?">
    CSV is the supported export format today. Use the tag filter to narrow down exactly what you need, then open the CSV in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets if you need a formatted document.

  <Accordion title="Can I schedule recurring exports?">
    Not yet — exports are triggered manually from Bulk Actions. For ongoing reporting, consider the [API](/api/overview) to pull data programmatically on your own schedule.

  <Accordion title="Does the export include archived items?">
    This depends on the tag filter and entity selection — archived items are included unless you filter them out with tags.
