# Apple Pay

> Offer Apple Pay through Mollie on your PayRequest Page and payment links, and troubleshoot browser and device availability.

Customers can choose **Apple Pay** on your PayRequest Page and payment links when it is available through your connected Mollie account. You keep using your existing Page and links.

> [!NOTE]
>
> You need your own approved, payment-ready Mollie account. A PayRequest plan or a buyer's ability to use Apple Pay does not establish payment-provider eligibility for your business country.

## Enable Apple Pay

**1. Connect your Mollie account**

Complete [payment-provider setup](https://docs.payreque.st/payment-processing/setting-up-payment-providers.md) and confirm that the connection is ready to receive payments.

**2. Enable cards and Apple Pay in Mollie**

Open the Mollie website profile connected to PayRequest. Enable both **cards** and **Apple Pay**, and complete any additional verification requested by Mollie.

**3. Check your PayRequest method selection**

Open [Provider Settings](https://payrequest.app/provider-settings). If you have selected a custom list of Mollie payment methods, include Apple Pay.

**4. Review your public Page**

Open your normal public Page or payment link in a supported browser. Checking that the option is visible does not confirm a successful payment.

## What customers see

Apple Pay appears when your Mollie profile offers it and the customer's browser supports it. Supported desktop browsers can also offer Apple Pay; the page does not have to be opened on an iPhone.

The customer selects **Apple Pay** and continues to Mollie's secure checkout to authorize the payment. The available authorization options depend on the customer's browser, device and Apple Pay setup.

## Apple Pay is missing

| What you see | What to check |
| - | - |
| Apple Pay is missing everywhere | Confirm that your Mollie connection is payment-ready, cards and Apple Pay are enabled on the connected profile, and your PayRequest method selection includes Apple Pay. |
| Apple Pay appears on one device but not another | Check the second browser's compatibility and the customer's Apple Pay setup. |
| A supported browser still does not show Apple Pay | Check whether browser extensions or blocked payment scripts prevent the availability check. |

> [!TIP]
>
> A missing option on one browser does not by itself mean your Mollie connection has failed. Try another supported browser before reconnecting your account.

## If you use Stripe

The setup above describes the Mollie flow. Stripe has its own browser and payment-domain requirements. Apple Pay appearing through Mollie does not confirm it is configured on a separate Stripe connection. See [connecting Stripe](https://docs.payreque.st/payment-processing/connect-stripe.md).

## Fees and help

Your PayRequest plan and provider processing fees are separate. Review your [plan](https://docs.payreque.st/business-settings/payrequest-plans.md) and provider agreement for the fees that apply.

For help, send your Page URL, browser/device, error message and time of the attempt to [PayRequest support](mailto:support@payrequest.io). Do not send card details, passwords or API keys. If a payment is pending or the buyer has already been charged, check its status before asking them to pay again.
