This guide is for customers of businesses using PayRequest. You might have received a payment link, an invoice, a shop order or a security-deposit request. PayRequest provides the payment and account tools. The business you are buying from manages your booking, order, subscription, deposit and any refund decision.

Common account questions

Payment page, customer account or deposit page?

A payment page lets you pay a business. Some pages also have a login menu with a small account area for preferences, payment methods, subscriptions and support. A shop customer portal has a broader account area, including orders, invoices and services where available. Use the business’s own shop or login link to access it. A deposit page shows a particular security-deposit request or its status. Keep the original link: a deposit does not have to appear in the same list as your invoices or orders.
The features and buttons you see depend on the business’s setup and your account permissions. You do not need to open a PayRequest business account just to follow a payment or deposit link.
