Daily Business Summary
Start every workday with a clear picture of what happened in your business. The Daily Business Summary is an automated email report delivered each morning at 8:00 AM, covering the last 24 hours of activity — including overnight billing jobs, payments, new customers, and your current business health. What’s Included in Your Summary
The daily email is organized into four clear sections so you can quickly scan what matters most.Overnight Activity
Every night, PayRequest runs automated jobs to keep your billing running smoothly. The summary tells you exactly what happened:| Job | What It Tracks |
|---|---|
| Subscription Renewals | How many subscriptions were billed and total revenue collected |
| Renewal Failures | Subscriptions that failed to renew (payment issues) |
| Trial Conversions | Free trials that converted to paid subscriptions |
| Invoice Reminders Sent | Automated payment reminders sent to customers |
| Debt Collection Notices | Debt collection emails processed |
Overnight jobs run on a fixed schedule: subscription billing at 5:00 AM, trial conversions at 6:00 AM, debt collection at 7:00 AM, and invoice reminders at 9:00 AM. The daily summary is sent at 8:00 AM covering the last 24 hours, so it includes the current night’s billing and trial jobs plus yesterday’s reminders.
