Quantity-Based Pricing

Let customers choose how many units they want to buy β€” seat licenses, multi-packs, or anything else typically bought in bulk. The total price scales automatically with the quantity selected.
Quantity selection is on by default for physical/general one-time and recurring products. It’s automatically turned off for product types that are inherently single-item β€” Digital, Pay to Unlock (Image), Pay to Unlock (Audio), Pay to Unlock (Video), Pay to Access, AI Prompts, Commissions, Deposits, Bookings, and Service products.

Enabling Quantity Selection

1

Open your product's pricing settings

In the product wizard or editor, find the Allow customers to select quantity toggle.
2

Turn it on (or off)

For eligible product types, this defaults to on. Turn it off if you want customers to only ever buy one at a time.
3

Save the product

Once enabled, customers see a quantity selector on the payment page.

How the Price Is Calculated

The customer picks a quantity on the payment page; the price updates live as they change it. Setup fees (if configured) are charged once per order, not multiplied by quantity. Example: A €25 seat license with quantity selection enabled β€” a customer selecting 4 seats pays €100.00 total.
Combine quantity selection with a Number custom field if you need more control over per-unit pricing tied to a specific attribute (like rental days), rather than a generic β€œhow many of this product” quantity.
