Revenue Tracking

Track how your revenue is trending — on demand from your dashboard, or delivered automatically to your inbox.

On-Demand: Insights Dashboard

The Business Insights Dashboard is where you check revenue in real time:
  • Month-to-date revenue compared to the same period last month (labeled “MRR” on the dashboard, though it’s actually gross Mollie transaction revenue — see the note on that page for the exact definition)
  • 12-month sparkline showing the trend at a glance
  • Upcoming renewals for the next 30 days, so you can forecast near-term cash flow
For a true recurring-revenue view scoped to active subscriptions only (not one-time payments), use the Monthly Subscription Report instead of the dashboard’s “MRR” figure.

Automated: Scheduled Email Reports

PayRequest can email you revenue summaries automatically, so you don’t have to check the dashboard every day:

Daily Business Summary

Every morning at 8:00 — overnight payments, renewals, and key metrics from the last 24 hours

Monthly Subscription Report

On the 1st of each month — a full retrospective on subscription revenue, ARPU, and growth
Both are opt-in — enable them in Settings → Notifications under Reports & Digests.

Where the Numbers Come From

All revenue figures are built from your actual paid transactions — never estimates:

If a number looks off, check Transaction Reports first — every revenue metric traces back to real transaction records you can inspect individually.

FAQ

The dashboard’s “MRR” widget currently only counts Mollie transactions. Subscription-based reports (Monthly Subscription Report) count subscriptions regardless of payment provider. For a complete cross-provider view, check Transaction Reports, which covers Mollie, PayPal, and bank transactions.
By customer: yes, see Customer Analytics for per-customer lifetime revenue. By product, use Export Functions to export orders/invoices and analyze in a spreadsheet.
Not as a built-in feature today. Use the monthly comparison on the Insights Dashboard to track progress against your own targets manually.
