Community
Community turns your PayRequest Page into a simple private members area. Paying members log in to the same Page they used to join, see a welcome page, browse organized content, and keep access while their membership remains active. Your public Community URL ispayrequest.me/<your-handle>/community.
Community is built into your existing PayRequest Page. It automatically reuses its banner, avatar, theme, profile information, and navigation instead of creating a separately styled website.

Use Preview community or open your public Community URL.
Add Content
Community content uses the existing Posts editor:1
Create a post
Open Posts and start a new post.
2
Protect the content
Set Access to Members only.
3
Choose a Community section
Assign the post to a section. Leave it unassigned if it should appear without a category.
4
Publish
Active and trial members can now open the complete post. Other visitors see the membership offer or a login action.
Deleting a section does not delete its posts. Those posts become uncategorized and remain available according to their publication and access settings.
Visitor and Member Experience
Before joining, visitors see the membership product inside the Community tab. The plan explains the price and benefits without introducing a second Community name or duplicate Membership tab. After payment, PayRequest activates the subscription, lets the member log in using a magic link, and unlocks the welcome page, sections, and protected posts. Access is checked again whenever protected content is opened. Direct product links keep Page navigation visible, including Community, so visitors understand what their membership unlocks.Login, Cancellation, and Downloads
- Customer login cannot be hidden while Community is published.
- Active and trial memberships unlock protected content.
- Cancellation keeps access until the subscription actually ends.
- When access expires, members-only content is locked automatically.
- Logged-in customers can use My downloads for digital products they previously purchased.
Community or Telegram?
PayRequest Community is a hosted content area inside your PayRequest Page. The optional Telegram integration grants timed access to an external Telegram group or channel. You can use either feature independently or combine them as separate membership benefits.Frequently Asked Questions
