Transaction Reports

Browse, search, and filter your complete payment history β€” synced directly from your connected payment providers.
Your Transactions page (Mollie-synced) is the single source of truth for paid amounts and paid_at timestamps across PayRequest. If a payment shows here, it’s real and confirmed by the provider β€” not just an internal PayRequest record.

Where to Find Transaction History

Transactions

Your main transaction list, synced from Mollie. Search by customer, description, or reference and filter by status.

PayPal Transactions

Transaction detail view for payments processed through a connected PayPal account.

Bank Transactions

Transactions synced from your connected bank account via Ponto.

Ponto Transactions

Raw bank feed transactions from Ponto, useful for reconciling incoming bank transfers against invoices.

Searching and Filtering

On the main Transactions page you can:
  • Search by customer name, description, or transaction reference
  • Filter by status using the status dropdown (populated from the statuses actually present in your data β€” e.g. paid, open, failed, canceled, expired)
  • Select multiple transactions for bulk actions

What Counts as β€œPaid”

PayRequest treats a transaction as paid based on confirmation from the payment provider itself (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal, or on-chain confirmation for crypto) β€” never based on invoice or order status alone. This is why the Transactions page, not the Invoices or Orders page, is the definitive record for accounting and reconciliation.
If an invoice shows as unpaid but you believe it was paid, check the Transactions page first β€” payment provider webhooks are the source of truth, and webhook delivery issues are the most common cause of a mismatch.

FAQ

Not every transaction is tied to an invoice β€” payment page payments without a selected product, crypto tips, or manually recorded payments can create a transaction without a formal invoice.
Invoices and Orders can be exported via Export Functions. For raw transaction-level exports, use the API to pull transaction data directly.
PayRequest syncs continuously via webhooks as payments happen, with a periodic sync job as a backup in case a webhook is ever missed.
