Your storage meter appears on Products, in the product editor and on the upload page. It counts original product files, product images and generated audio/video previews. GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes.

Earn more storage on Free

Once PayRequest has verified €5 in total lifetime platform fees from your successful payments, your Free account permanently unlocks 10 GB. There is no monthly reset. This increases storage only; your account remains on Free with its usual transaction fees. At a 2% platform fee, €250 in successful EUR payments would generate €5 in fees. Only actual recorded platform fees count. Payment-provider processing charges, test payments, unpaid requests and estimated fees do not count. Verification runs automatically in the background. Foreign-currency fees are converted to EUR using the available exchange rate when first verified; that conversion rate is saved. Missing provider information or an unavailable exchange rate delays credit until verification succeeds. Existing verified payment history is included when available. Solana direct wallet payments have no recorded platform-fee amount and therefore do not earn storage credit. Confirmed Base USDC fees count once the merchant payout has been recorded. The reward stays available once unlocked. Premium provides 10 GB immediately without waiting for fee income; Business and Growth provide 50 GB.

When you reach your limit

New permanent uploads are blocked if the file or its generated preview would exceed your allowance. Existing product files and customer downloads remain available. You can still edit product details. Replacing a file also requires available space for the new upload; a refused replacement preserves the previous file. Remove files you no longer need, upgrade your plan or earn the Free storage reward. Canceling a paid plan does not delete existing files, but new uploads use your current plan’s allowance or your unlocked reward, whichever is greater. Temporary upload transport is separate from your permanent product storage. Failed uploads that leave stored objects can still use space until cleaned up; contact support if your meter appears incorrect.
